“She’s very shy and easily scared,” said Jennifer Burke, Lulu’s foster mother, to TheDodo. “So we made time for her to socialize well and show her that people can be kind and caring.

Over time, she really enjoyed being petted and brushed. He even likes having his stomach rubbed! She’s incredibly cute and great fun watching her start to bloom. ”

When Lulu first arrived at her host family, she shared a room with her adoptive brother Felix. The couple got along very well, but Felix then found his home forever. Burke feared Lulu might miss having a friend to play with, but it wasn’t long before he met a new one.

About a month after Lulu moved in with her foster family, a local deer appeared quite often on the family farm. The family is used to overtaking deer, but they don’t usually hang around like that. They decided to name her Dolly, and the whole family, Lulu in particular, became attached to her.

“I noticed Dolly outside and found that she was in sight of our hospitality bedroom, which is in our basement,” said Burke. “So I ran downstairs to see if Lulu was looking out the window. We have a scratching post in front of the window and Lulu was on the top pole, watching Dolly. And Dolly looked at Lulu!

Lulu and Dolly seemed intrigued by each other, and the more Dolly visited them, the more intrigued. The couple felt very comfortable hanging out with each other, and the sweetest friendship blossomed in front of everyone.

“Lulu was very curious about Dolly,” said Burke. “She didn’t seem scared at all. At first, Dolly looked at Lulu from a distance. But it wasn’t long before Dolly went to the window and chewed on the branches near the house. Lulu was a little hesitant when Dolly first approached. But now she doesn’t mind at all. She even fell asleep on the pole while Dolly stood by the window. ”

Dolly walks the yard several times a day now, and the family can’t help but assume that it’s Lulu’s fault. Dolly loves talking to her feline friend and seems very concerned about her and her welfare.

“Although he is not anywhere near Lulu’s window, he appears to be communicating with Lulu and frequently looks in her direction,” said Burke.

The other cats in the house are definitely a little scared of Dolly, but not of Lulu. She loves her best friend very much. Lulu’s foster family loves her very much too, and while she wants her to find a family forever, they will surely miss her when she leaves, and so will Dolly of course.

“Lulu really deserves an amazing person as long as she is patient and gives Lulu the time it needs to feel safe, so that she can be totally loved and pampered,” said Burke. “But this nursing home may need neighboring deer!”

On the last day of Valentine’s Day, Jaelle heard strange noises coming from her back yard. He came to check it out and was surprised to find an orange tabby in the snow scratching the door, begging him to let her in.

Jaelle, a volunteer caregiver for Un Chat à la Fois, a rescued kitten in Quebec, Canada, immediately opened the door for the cute cat. He sent Marie Simard, the founder of Un Chat à la Fois, a photo of the cat.

“She said she knew that we don’t accept adult cats and wanted to help her,” Simard said to TheDodo. “As soon as I saw the photo, it broke my heart and I told him to take it to our partner clinic for evaluation.”

“His face said all there was to be said,” he added. “He stood in front of his door for a while and when I told him to look for him, he didn’t try to escape.”

Arthur was supposed to “follow his two little humans when the danger approached” and the cat wasted no time in taking action when he pounced on the reptile and killed it to keep the limbs of its loved one from being Family injured.

A post on the Queensland Veterinarian’s Facebook page stated that Arthur received a “fatal snakebite” when he attacked the reptile. Nobody witnessed the bite when the family stormed out of the courtyard, but Arthur collapsed after the incident.

The cat is said to have “recovered quickly, as if nothing had happened shortly after,” but was found collapsed the next morning. The hospital stated that collapse is a “common symptom of snake bites,” although it is not a symptom that pet owners are aware of.

Arthur would have been a mischievous cat and would have previously visited the hospital after accidents. Staff said he was “very much loved” by the team and noted that heroes “come in all shapes and sizes”.

The red-haired cat was returned to the shelter after its owner brought him back to bite him.

10-year-old Oscar is now at Burton’s animal shelter in Stretton, waiting for his next owner.

He was called “the cat nobody wanted” because nobody cared about him, writes StaffordshireLive.

Oscar had even spent most of his days grabbing the staff’s attention through his glass door.

A spokesman for the shelter said: “Oscar has been with us in his third term since September after he was brought back due to his (sometimes) fiery nature. We are very sad that Oscar is returning to the kennel and our mission is to bring his end, 100% without giving up at home forever.

“He was reluctantly fired after the lady had the same problem when he attacked him.

“Oscar is a great companion, sociable, adventurous and friendly.

“He’ll purr excitedly when he sees us in the morning and he’s far from being shy or nervous around people.”

However, at times he showed an aggressive side and had unpredictable moments. We believe these crazy outbursts will become less common over time, but Oscar’s new owner needs to understand that he can still have this series and is ready to accept it for what it is.

“He’s looking for a house that has no other pets or children, with an owner who likes to let him do his thing and who doesn’t try to make him the perfect cat.

“Once you’ve settled in, you need to have access to a garden because you like to be away from home. We hope that this freedom will also help you avoid frustrations.
